Delivery rates
- Portugal — free delivery on every order
- Spain — €10 flat rate
- France — €10 flat rate
- Germany — €10 flat rate
Dispatch and transit times
Orders confirmed before 15:00 WET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Portugal typically delivers in 1–2 business days; Spain, France and Germany in 2–5 business days.
Insurance and tracking
Every parcel is insured for its full value and tracked door to door. Tracking details are emailed as soon as the courier collects the shipment.
