Return & Refund Policy

Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be complete, undamaged and in their original packaging with all accessories.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Faulty items are refunded or replaced at no cost, including return shipping.

Installed replacement parts showing signs of fitting, and items damaged by misuse, are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund; statutory warranty rights are unaffected.
